It's time to choose the Guild Member of the Year!
The title is given to a member of the guild, which has during the last year shown to be easily approachable, interested of the guild's affairs and supportive. Guild Member of the Year is chosen from members by members in a vote. The title is granted at the guild's annual ball, and the right to use it lasts until the next annual ball.
You can vote one to five members in priority order. Winner of the vote is determined using single transferable vote, which is explained on this video by CGP Grey https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8XOZJkozfI.
